What health aspect you wish to work on and change throughout the semester. 

Throughout this semester I plan to work on not just my physical appearance but I want to try and have a healthier eating lifestyle. When I was in my senior year of high school I tore my ACL not just once but twice, I was a tri-athlete so this took a really hard toll on my exercise life. I was used to working out every day all year round for sports and then it had to stop and I only had physical therapy twice a week. Now in my junior year of college, I had undergone one more surgery to fix a tear in my meniscus and now I’m trying to get back in the gym and become physically fit like I used to be. I also noticed with so much school and work I have just been eating terribly. My number one goal is to try and fit in some meal prep along with going to the gym a few times a week in hopes to get healthier and feel better.
